Frequently Asked Questions

How many days does it take to develop a project?

Typically the requirements and design phase takes 2-4 weeks. The duration depends a lot on the availability of you and your team, the reaction to reviews and design questions, and how long it takes to make important decisions.

What is the budget for the project?

At ByteForce, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, scalable, and future-ready solutions tailored to our clients’ specific needs. While each project is unique and costs can vary based on complexity, scope, and timeline.

No project budget is the same as we craft your budget with our intentions at heart!

Can design edits be made during design time?

The design phase is intended to be collaborative and iterative. Client feedback is essential during this stage, and we strongly encourage it. As part of our standard process, ByteForce includes:

  • Regular review sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)

  • Client approval checkpoints after wireframes and before high-fidelity designs

  • Allocated revision rounds (e.g., 2–3 rounds of design edits at no extra cost)

Types of Edits Allowed During Design Time

  • Layout and spacing adjustments

  • Font, color, and style changes

  • Image and iconography updates

  • User flow improvements

  • Component positioning and alignment

  • Feature placement and presentation

Limitations to Be Aware Of

While edits are welcomed, significant scope changes—such as adding new features or altering the functionality beyond the agreed plan—may require a formal change request and budget/timeline revision.
